New Build
Coldhams Cottage was a new build in which we had huge input in the design and then oversaw every element of the project from groundworks to handover, creating an elegant and functional living space. Situated on land with a Grade 2 listed cartilage, design and build quality were paramount to fit on with its surroundings. We accomplished this by using many traditional materials, oak and stock bricks. Our team ensures a smooth and efficient process from design to completion.
